The Role
As the Senior Property Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Managing a well-maintained residential portfolio end-to-end
Building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants




Providing strategic advice and exceptional customer service
Managing maintenance, arrears and lease renewals
Coordinating routine inspections and compliance
Liaising with trades, contractors and external stakeholders
Resolving tenancy matters professionally and efficiently
Ensuring compliance with Queensland legislation
Assisting with mentoring and supporting junior team members where required
About You
To be successful in this role you'll ideally have:
2+ years' residential Property Management experience
A proven ability to manage a portfolio autonomously
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Current Queensland real estate registration
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
