About the role
As an Educator, you will:
Support the delivery of a high-quality educational program
Help create a calm, engaging and inclusive learning environment for children
Work collaboratively with your room team and leadership
Contribute to play-based learning experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths and development
Support the development of engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments
Build warm, respectful and professional relationships with children, families and colleagues
Contribute to observations, documentation and daily routines
Participate in reflective practice and continuous improvement across the service
Help establish Little School Brassall as a centre known for excellence, warmth and genuine care
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
A passion for high-quality early childhood education and care
An interest in play-based learning and the value of natural environments in children's learning
A warm, caring and team-oriented approach
Good communication and relationship-building skills
A willingness to learn, contribute and grow within a supportive team
Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain/update
