Payroll Officer | Part Time (2 days-Tues & Wed) | Work locally for a World Class Club!
Royal Motor Yacht Club (RMYC) Newport is more than a workplace. It is a vibrant waterfront Club where community and fun comes together. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a detail-driven Payroll Officer to join our small, supportive, and skilled Finance Team.
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for processing a weekly payroll while being energised by exploring and implementing process improvements in our payroll system Employment Hero.

What You'll Do
Hands-on experience in a diverse payroll function role within a energetic marine and hospitalityenvironment
Be a friendly helpdesk for payroll queries
Take charge and lead payroll process improvements and efficiencies
Work with Employment Hero (HR/Payroll System) to implement updates and improve workflows
Add value by supporting, educating, and guiding managers and employees for a user-friendlyexperience
What You Bring
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Payroll Officer or similar role
Experience with payroll processing and financial compliance
