ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead from the front, support your team, and keep operations running smoothly.

Oversee day-to-day workshop operations with hands‑on leadership

Drive performance and ensure KPIs and sales targets are met

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers

Monitor and report on KPI performance

Promote key brands and products using your industry knowledge

Maintain high standards of quality, safety,



and site presentation

ABOUT YOU

You’re a motivated automotive qualified who knows how to lead a team and deliver great customer experiences.

Hands‑on, driven, and mechanically minded

Robust communicator and team leader focused on customer service

Minimum 2 years’ experience managing an automotive service centre or similar

Current QLD Driver’s Licence
