We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead an established and expanding early education service in Karalee. This is a unique well-supported prospect within the Canopy Early Education group committed to delivering strong outcomes across child safety, quality, team engagement, and performance.

About the Role
Lead and champion a gold-standard family and staff experience and build the reputation as two centres merge into one campus
Lead the overall operations, program delivery, performance, and impact of the campus
Drive quality improvement and Assessment & Rating readiness
Manage occupancy, enrolments, and financial performance
Build reputation and strong relationships with families and the local community
Lead, coach and develop a team of educators and leaders
Ensure compliance with National Law, Regulations, and NQS
Embed and champion a robust Child Protected Framework across all practices

Child Safety & Safeguarding
Lead and promote a child safe culture where children’s voices are heard and respected




Ensure the service aligns with the Child Safe Standards and relevant state legislation
Oversee robust risk management, supervision, and safe environments
Ensure all staff understand and meet their mandatory reporting obligations
Embed safeguarding practices into daily operations, decision-making, and team behaviours

About You
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
At least three years’ experience as a Centre Manager
Strong knowledge of NQS, EYLF, National Law & Regulations
Demonstrated experience embedding child safe practices and safeguarding frameworks
Proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and drive performance outcomes
Experience managing occupancy, budgets, and KPIs
A leadership style that is supportive, collaborative, accountable, and outcomes-focused
