Working out of modern offices on the Lower North Shore and alongside one of Sydney's most reputable Buyers Agents / Directors, you will be provided with constant on the job training and a great deal of autonomy. The role
With an average purchase price of $4m this role will primarily see you managing buying-clients and networking with Agents / Agencies to source suitable properties for shortlisting.
Searching, researching and delivering suitable properties to clients
Attending open homes and property inspections
Liaising with solicitors, building inspectors etc.
Following up agents on off-market opportunities
Client management
Networking with Real Estate agents to gain referrals
Assisting the Managing Director with EA-style duties
Supporting the operations of the company; organising marketing, seminars, and general office admin where needed




Specific requirements
3+ years Real Estate experience (ideally a previous Agent, a Sales Assistant or Associate to a high-achieving Agent, or a Property Manager / BDM etc)
Be easily able to forge relationships with agents and high end clientele
Knowledge of the North Shore/ Northern Beaches
Current Certificate of Registration or License
Drivers license & modern vehicle
Previous employees have all remained 6+ years – demonstrating a excellent role and work environment
Get into Buyers Agency and learn from one of the industry's gurus – training provided
Earn six figures working Monday to Friday with uncapped, generous commissions
