Reporting to the Site Foreman, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of high-rise residential apartment projects, coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and on programme.

Key Responsibilities




Assist in the day‐to‐day management of site operations.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors in line with the construction programme.
Ensure project milestones and programme targets are achieved.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance across site.
Coordinate site logistics, deliveries and material management.
Conduct pre‐start meetings and toolbox talks.
Work closely with the Foreman and wider site team to ensure efficient project delivery.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
Experience working on Class 2 residential apartment projects.
Previous experience with a head contractor or principal contractor on projects valued at $50 million or more.
Experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
Structure
Façade
Fit‐out and finishes
High‐rise residential experience is highly regarded
A robust commitment to quality and attention to detail.
A trade background in Carpentry or qualifications in Construction Management.
Sound knowledge of WHS/OHS legislation and site safety practices.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider project team.
