Room Leader - Toddler Room 15mths - 3 years
Sydney Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Toddler Room leader
to join our vibrant early learning community. This role offers the opportunity to work in a nurturing Montessori and play based environment with children
aged 15mths - 3 years
, with supportive staff to create a beautiful, engaging space where each child can grow to their fullest potential - academically, socially and emotionally.
As a valued member of our educational team, you will
prepare and maintain the indoor and outdoor learning environments
, supporting classroom activities, and lead the planning and discussions around individual children's learning and development.
For the right candidate this role may offer the opportunity to extend beyond the maternity position.
This position is ideal for someone who:
Has
experience
with the
room leader role
has a
genuine love for working with young children
and supporting their early learning journey
is
enthusiastic, reliable and team-oriented
holds a
Diploma, or equivalent in Early Childhood Education and Care
(ACECQA approved)
has
experience
and
knowledge
of
NQS
and
EYLF framework
,
programming
and
observations
is
familiar with or eager to learn about Montessori Education
holds a current,
valid work with children check
