We are seeking an experienced Casual Cert III & Diploma Lead Educator to join our vibrant and nurturing team at Little Wonderland Childcare Centre in Carole Park, QLD. As a Cert III & Diploma Lead Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional early childhood education and care to our young learners.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing engaging and age-appropriate educational programs that support the holistic development of children
Providing a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning setting that aligns with the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework
Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to tailor learning experiences
Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
Mentoring and guiding junior educators in best practice
Ensuring compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and centre policies
What we're looking for
A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
Extensive experience as a Cert III or Diploma-qualified Educator in a long day care or outside school hours care setting
Deep understanding of child development,



pedagogy and the Early Years Learning Framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with children, families and the team
Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs
Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications
Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
