Opal HealthCare is seeking a Relief Care Manager to lead care teams across several NSW communities. You will support the General Manager and clinical teams, delivering excellence in resident care while promoting continuous improvement and compliance with aged care standards.
The role is a full time roving position across NSW with flexibility to travel as required. You will mentor a team of clinicians and nurture positive relationships with staff, residents, and families.
