We're expanding across the Moreton Bay region and are looking for Early Childhood Teachers to join our centres at Morayfield, Burpengary and Caboolture. About the Role — Early Childhood Teacher
As an Early Childhood Teacher at Curiosity Tree, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners, ensuring their development and wellbeing in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate educational programmes for children aged 3.5–5 years
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers on their development




Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices
Maintain accurate records of children's activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements
Foster positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
Participate in career development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Physically fit for the demands of the role, including being outdoors in the heat, standing for long periods, safely bending, lifting and carrying children and their equipment/toys, and responding quickly in an emergency
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate, reliable and loves working as part of a team
Warm and caring with a genuine love of children and their development
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Skilled at building respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Excited to bring their energy and enthusiasm every day
What You Bring
A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certification
Understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
A current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
