is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable
a Vietnamese-speaking Recruitment Counselor
to join our team in Australia (Brisbane or Adelaide) . The successful candidate will play a key role in advising prospective students and their families on study opportunities in Australia, and supporting them throughout the application and enrollment process. This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the Australian education sector.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide qualified guidance to prospective students and their families on studying in Australia.
Deliver accurate and up-to-date information on Australian institutions, programs, and admission pathways.
Advise students on suitable academic pathways based on their goals and profile.
Coordinate with internal departments and partner institutions to ensure timely and accurate preparation of application and visa documents.
Follow up with students throughout the enrollment journey, from initial consultation to departure.
Assist in organizing promotional events, workshops,



and branding activities as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred Business, Marketing or Education)
Ability to communicate in Vietnamese is a must.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Australian education system, including institutions, programs, and visa procedures.
Prior experience in study abroad counseling is an advantage.
Strong research capabilities with the ability to gather and interpret relevant information.
Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
On-the-job trainings will be provided to fresher or junior staff.
WORKING HOURS:
Full-time, 38 hours/week (typically Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), in line with Australia's National Employment Standards.
