You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and presentation of three neighbourhood retail centres. Working closely with Centre Management and service providers, you’ll ensure all sites are compliant, secure, well-maintained and delivering a great experience for tenants and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all operational services, maintenance and compliance across three centres
Lead repairs & maintenance budgets, forecasting and monthly P&L; reviews
Oversee contractors, service agreements and performance reviews
Coordinate essential services testing, WHS inspections and risk management
Respond to incidents, safety concerns and urgent works across the portfolio
Maintain robust relationships with tenants, service providers and centre teams
Identify opportunities to improve asset presentation, reduce costs and enhance sustainability
Skills and experience required for this role
Experience in retail,
property or facilities operations (multi-site preferred)
Robust WHS, compliance and building operations background
Confidence managing budgets, contracts and contractor performance
Strong communication, stakeholder and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle competing priorities across multiple sites
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
