Randstad is currently recruiting for multiple AO3 Service Officers for a role with Queensland State Government based in Southport. In this role, you will negotiate appropriate actions to recover outstanding and finalising debts. We're looking for individuals who thrive in quick-paced settings and have a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, particularly when managing customer accounts.

This is a time-sensitive role, applications will close by end of the day on 6th August 2026 . We are interviewing for this role ASAP to confirm an August 2026 start date. This is initially a 3 month assignment until November 2026, with the potential to extend. This is a standard full time working week on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am - 5pm,



paying $51.12 per hour plus super.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing a high-quality customer experience, you’ll approach situations with empathy and resilience.
Effectively manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and interactions regarding complex account and payment matters.
Apply legislative knowledge to make informed decisions.
Educate customers of policies and repayment procedures.
Handle questions and complaints, escalating when needed, and keep accurate records.
