Allura Partners in Sydney is seeking a newly created Head of FP&A; to partner with the Deputy CFO and lead the function from the ground up. You will be close to the executive team, shaping planning, forecasting and board reporting while building a scalable FP&A; capability.
Initially you will establish foundations, drive budgeting and forecasting, and report to the board, then build out a high-performing team as the function matures, with solid stakeholder engagement.
