About the Role
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting both the Sales and Marketing functions of the business. Your day will include:
Preparing quotes, proposals and sales documentation
Managing customer enquiries and providing timely updates
Maintaining CRM data and assisting with sales reporting
Coordinating marketing materials, social media updates and promotional content
Supporting the sales team with scheduling, tender submissions and presentations
Assisting with general administration to keep operations running smoothly
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience in a sales support, admin or marketing admin role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Experience using CRM systems and MS Office Suite
A proactive attitude, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A willingness to learn and collaborate across departments
