As Quality Assurance Tester, you will ensure seamless integration and functionality of Corvanta's software and hardware, acting as the final gate of quality assurance prior to customer releases.
This is a hands-on role that combines software and hardware testing within a highly collaborative development setting. You will work closely with Software Developers, Architects, Product stakeholders and Customer Care teams to understand how our products are used in real-world operational settings and ensure they meet both customer expectations and business requirements.
About the Role
As Quality Assurance Tester, you will ensure seamless integration and functionality of Corvanta's software and hardware, acting as the final gate of quality assurance prior to customer releases.
This is a hands-on role that combines software and hardware testing within a highly collaborative development environment. You will work closely with Software Developers, Architects, Product stakeholders and Customer Care teams to understand how our products are used in real-world operational settings and ensure they meet both customer expectations and business requirements.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Conduct rigorous testing of software applicationsand hardwarerelated to out-of-hospital care, focusing onidentifyingand resolving defects to enhance overall system reliability.
Work closely with Developers, Architects, and the Customer Care teamtounderstand product requirements, design, functionality, and constraints.
Document,trackand communicate defects and issues to the development team for resolution.




Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies in collaboration with the Software Development team.
Lead QA process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle.
Apply AI-assisted testing tools and techniques to improve test coverage, efficiency, and defect detection,e.g.generating and refining test cases, analysing logs, and surfacing patterns across recurring defects.
Conduct other QA activities on hardware kits asrequired.
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential:
Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 2–3 years' professional experience in a software/QA testing role.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and defect management processes.
Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies (e.g. testing frameworks, bug-tracking systems).
Excellent problem solving, organisation and communication skills.
The ability tocomprehendand troubleshoot both software and hardware.
Strong analytical skills to investigate software failures and propose effective solutions.




Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of QA outcomes across projects.
Desirable:
Experience testing in a regulated or safety-critical environment (e.g. medical or out-of-hospital care).
Experience using AI tools to support testing (e.g. test case generation, log and defect analysis, or test automation).
Experience working incross functional teams ina distributed oroff-shoreenvironment
The simplest way to measure success in the role is:
Successful identification and resolution of software and hardware defects and issues, contributing to the overall reliability and functionality of our products.
Timely delivery of comprehensive test reports and QA documentation.
Demonstrable improvements to QA processes and reduction in post-release defects overtime.
