Commercial Construction Site Superintendent

JBS Allphase Construction & Maintenance is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Site Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects throughout Current Jersey and the surrounding area.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial General Contractor Superintendent
Ground-up commercial construction experience required
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license
OSHA 30 certification is a plus

Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day field operations from project start through completion
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
Maintain project schedules and ensure quality workmanship
Enforce jobsite safety standards
Coordinate inspections and material deliveries




Complete daily reports and communicate with the Project Manager
