The Opportunity
This is a pivotal Project Manager role with full accountability across estimating, programming, commercial performance, and project delivery within a growing electrical contractor.
You’ll take ownership of multiple projects, leading engineers, supervisors, and field crews to deliver on time, on budget, and to a high standard — while maintaining robust control over margin, productivity and client outcomes.
This role suits a hands‑on, commercially astute leader who understands how to connect site execution with financial performance and drive results across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of electrical construction projects
Manage project budgets, forecasting and cost control
Drive programme performance and site productivity
Oversee subcontractor, contract and claims management
Maintain strong client relationships and reporting
Provide clear leadership across site teams and work fronts
About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager within electrical or construction environments
Strong understanding of project delivery, productivity and cost drivers
Demonstrated commercial and contractual capability
Confident leading multi-disciplinary teams on site
Ability to operate autonomously and make sound decisions
