What You Will Be Doing
Operating a roller on civil construction works
Compacting surfaces to project specifications
Conducting pre-start inspections and basic equipment checks
Working safely within site procedures and project requirements
Assisting with flood recovery and reconstruction activities
Contributing to daily production targets and team outcomes

What You Will Need
Previous experience operating rollers on civil construction sites
Current Roller Operator Ticket
General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
Commitment to safe work practices
