Position Available for Full time On-Site Joinery Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Joinery Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team! If you have a solid work ethic and enjoy working in a team environment, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in cabinet making, particularly in a similar role
Valid Driver's Licence
White Card
Flexibility to work both on-site and in the factory as needed (experience with panel saws, edge banders, and cabinetry construction is essential)
Key Responsibilities:
Onsite quality control to enforce and maintain quality standards across our job sites.
Installation ofkickboards & panels following flooring installations.
Integration of appliances.
Small cabinetry installs (including TV Units, Vanities, BBQ Areas)
Rectifications, addressing and resolving any on-site issues or defects.




Factory work when required, including cutting and preparing materials for upcoming rectifications and assist with various factory tasks.
Skills & Experience Required:
4-5 years of cabinet making experience.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
Outgoing and approachable personality with excellent people skills.
Hands-on approach to project management, customer service, and leadership.
