to lead the delivery of a large-scale technology program within a complex insurance environment. This role will be responsible for driving program outcomes, managing senior stakeholders, overseeing governance, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program delivery across technology and business streams.
Manage program governance, reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Oversee program budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
Coordinate vendors, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams.




Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
Drive change, adoption, and successful implementation of program initiatives.
About You
Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs within the
Insurance
sector.
Strong understanding of insurance operations, systems, and regulatory environments.
Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation and technology initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.
Robust risk, governance, and financial management capabilities.
Relevant project or program management certifications highly regarded (PMP, Prince2, MSP, Agile)
