Complete Parts and Equipment Solutions in Mackay is seeking an experienced Trades Assistant / Painter Blaster to join our growing team in a brand-current workshop. This is a stable, ongoing role with a clear pathway in painting and blasting, offering a supportive, positive team environment.
You will work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on / 3-off roster, local in-town work with home every night. The pay is $40–$44 per hour, with overtime on top, and a strong pipeline of contracted work in a modern facility.
