Join the Crew - Civil Construction Team Member
We're on the lookout for a hands-on Civil Labourer to help keep the community moving-literally. From roads to drainage, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining essential infrastructure.
What's in it for you?

Early starts, early finishes (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
Monday to Friday - no weekends!
9-day fortnight (yes, that's a long weekend every second week)
Work close to home in Marsden
Ongoing full time casual role with pathway to permanency

What you'll be doing:
Formwork and concreting (footpaths, kerbs, gutters, pits)
Bitumen repairs and road restoration
Pipe laying and backfilling
Setting up traffic control and maintaining safe, tidy worksites




What we're looking for
White Card (essential)
MR Truck Licence or higher (not essential, but highly desirable)
Experience in civil or road construction or drainage projects (at least 2 years)
A solid work ethic and team-first attitude
