BioPak is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead end-to-end packaging product development across four workstreams, coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing. You will drive range optimisation, supplier changes, and recent formats while delivering on time and within quality and commercial targets.
You will manage a small team, oversee prototyping and CAD coordination, and ensure speed to market with continuous improvement.
