The Company is in search of a Head of Exploration - Brownfields to lead and govern its global brownfields exploration programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the design, execution, and outcomes of these programs meet the highest standards. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including championing safety, building and maintaining standards and procedures, and developing the annual brownfields plan and budget.
The Head of Exploration will also be accountable for the communication of significant results and model updates across the business, as well as for influencing and building solid relationships with various stakeholders. Applicants for the Head of Exploration - Brownfields position at the company should hold a B.Sc.



or higher degree in Geology or an earth sciences equivalent, with at least 20 years' experience in brownfields exploration and mining geology.
A solid understanding of resource estimation methodologies, geostatistics, and experience with industry-standard geological software is essential. The role requires a self-starter with a proven track record of influencing teams and a strong motivation to explore and discover new resources. The candidate must be willing to travel internationally and be committed to the values of the company, including safety, integrity, and performance.
