Due to continued growth across our BYD Springwood and BYD Capalaba dealerships, we are seeking motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our expanding aftersales team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a progressive dealership group representing the innovative BYD brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the future of electric mobility.

About the Role
Greeting and assisting service customers
Booking and scheduling service appointments
Preparing repair orders and customer documentation
Communicating service requirements and recommendations
Liaising with technicians and workshop staff
Providing regular updates to customers regarding vehicle progress
Processing invoices and vehicle handovers
Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction

About You
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service-focused role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Professional presentation and a positive attitude




The ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
A current driver's licence
Automotive industry experience is highly regarded, however we are also interested in speaking with candidates who have a strong background in customer service, hospitality, retail or related industries.
