Description
Lead the implementation of Employment Hero HR and Recruitment modulesConduct stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessionsDevelop a Scope of Work and implementation roadmapConfigure workflows, approvals, onboarding and recruitment processesReview current processes and recommend best-practice improvementsSupport system testing, user acceptance testing and issue resolutionDeliver training and knowledge transfer to key usersProvide go-live support and implementation guidance

Previous hands-on Employment Hero implementation experienceStrong understanding of HR and Recruitment module functionalityExperience configuring workflows and system settingsAbility to gather requirements and document solutionsKnowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processesStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to work independently and deliver outcomes quicklyExperience developing implementation plans and process documentation
