We are seeking a "
Part-time trainer
" for our RTO who is committed to providing quality training in a supportive and professional manner. The successful candidate should be able to deliver the following qualification on weekdays (3 days a week)
CHC***** Diploma of Community Services
As a Community Services Trainer, you will deliver training and assessment in Community Services courses, curriculum/course material development and delivery, work placements, student work assessment, and results reporting.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Develop and conduct training sessions
Facilitate and assess students' assessments for units of competency
Participate and contribute to the validation and moderation of learning resources and assessments
Identify and assess students who need additional learning support and provide feedback promptly
Maintain, develop, and modify learning resources and assessment tools as required




Participate in industry consultation activities and recent programs as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Current
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher (TAE***** or equivalent)
Diploma of Community Services (CHC***** or equivalent)
Work and industry experience in community services
Experience developing and updating training packages in line with relevant industry and compliance standards.
Current driver's licence
High-level organisational, administrative, and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups from a range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds
Self‐motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to achieving results in a flexible, small team environment
Connections and networks within the Community Services industry will be highly regarded.
Remuneration will be based on your qualifications and experience.
