From strategy and enterprise services to finance business partnering roles. The F&A; team span the entire business and are pivotal to the success of Westpac Group. Part of your journey you will get micro-experiences that are short 3–6-week assignments that will allow you to develop and utilise your skills in other areas across the enterprise.

What you'll need to succeed
Motivation on making an impact to the Westpac Group
Have an interest in being part of an innovative, hybrid work environment
Have solid communication skills and can think laterally
You will also need:
To be in your final year of study of a university degree, or
You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
