About the Role
As a Customer Success Trainee, you'll support customers and the wider team with a range of administration and customer service tasks, including:
Speaking with customers over the phone and via email
Providing exceptional customer service and support
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
Preparing reports and completing general administration




Filing and organising documentation
Assisting the team with day-to-day office duties
**Full training will be provided**
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Confident speaking with people
Friendly, professional and customer-focused
Organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Reliable with a positive attitude
Eager to learn and build a long-term career
Previous office experience is not required.
