Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced BIM Designerjoin their team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality digital design solutions.
About Your New Role
As the BIM Designer, you will play a key role in developing and managing BIM models throughout the design and construction lifecycle. Working closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders, you will ensure building services designs are accurately modelled, coordinated, and delivered in line with project requirements.
This is an opportunity for a technically skilled BIM professional who enjoys problem-solving, improving workflows, and contributing to complex projects from concept through to practical completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and manage BIM models for mechanical, electrical, fire, and hydraulic services
Produce 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
Coordinate multidisciplinary models, identify clashes, and support design resolution
Ensure BIM models meet project requirements, BEPs, ISO *****, and industry standards
Maintain model accuracy, data integrity,
and document control throughout project delivery
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to optimise designs
Support BIM process improvements and digital delivery initiatives

About You
Relevant qualification in drafting, design, engineering, or a related trade background
3+ years' experience in BIM design, modelling, or coordination within building services or construction environments
Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD with experience developing BIM models and documentation
Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD/LOI requirements, BEPs, and clash detection processes
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary building services models (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic)
Ability to manage BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
Experience with BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Solibri, Aconex, or Dynamo highly regarded
