WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Support the Store Manager in running daily operations and keeping the store performing at its best
Lead by example - deliver outstanding customer service and inspire your team to do the same
Drive sales performance by tracking results, celebrating wins, and identifying growth opportunities
Coach and develop your team to achieve KPIs and reach their full potential




Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks its absolute best
Help manage stock levels and minimise shrinkage through strong loss prevention practices
Promote a safe and healthy work environment by following OH&S; standards
ABOUT YOU
You're a natural leader who thrives in a team environment and loves retail:
Experience as a Retail Supervisor, Third in Charge, or Assistant Store Manager
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Great communication and organisational skills
Confident working with stock control and visual merchandising
Positive, reliable, and eager to learn and grow
