We are currently seeking a someone with utmost integrity, motivated and reliable Casual Duty Manager to join our team. This role offers 30+ hours per week for the right candidate and requires flexibility across weekdays, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
As a Casual Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth service, strong team leadership, and an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day venue operations
Lead, supervise and support staff during shifts
Deliver high levels of customer service
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally




Open and close the venue as required
Ensure compliance with RSA, gaming, and venue procedures
Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
Assist with staff training and performance management
Cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliations
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service focus
Ability to work in a busy team environment
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Flexibility to work rotating rosters including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Current RSA & RSG and First Aid certificates essential
Proven experience leading hospitality teams is required.
