South Coast Medical Service Aboriginal Corporation – Nowra NSW is seeking a Family Preservation Caseworker to deliver intensive support to Aboriginal children, youth and families at risk of entering the OOHC system. The role covers the Wollongong and Nowra areas and involves developing detailed family action plans and maintaining case records.
Applicants should have a minimum Cert IV in Community Services, experience in case management, and current Working with Children and Police checks.
