About Your Approach
Deliver engaging, innovative, and inclusive lessons aligned with curriculum standards

Be able to teach across a broad range of year levels, Prep to Year 6
Use technology to enhance learning and engage students




Work collaboratively as part of a team to plan and implement effective teaching and learning
Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
About You
Active Christian faith and commitment to a church community
Registered (or eligible) with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
Passionate about student wellbeing, engagement, and learning outcomes
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Experience with InitiaLit programs highly recommended
Flexible, collaborative, and innovative mindset
First-year graduates encouraged to apply
