MR Drivers
to join our team in
Wetherill Park, Sydney.

secure document destruction, product disposal, and recycling services
. We're seeking a motivated team member who thrives on independence, takes pride in their work, and plays a key role in delivering top-tier customer service.
What You'll Do
Drive a company-branded MR truck to deliver and collect secure destruction bins and materials.
Service a diverse client base across various industries, including handling e-waste, archive boxes, textiles, and pallets.
Safely manage bins weighing up to 100kg - an ideal role for someone who enjoys physical work.
Use a PDA device to accurately record collections and service tasks.
Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness.
Represent Shred-X professionally on-site, ensuring top-tier customer interaction.
Follow all company policies, WHS standards, chain of responsibility, and client-specific procedures.
What You Bring
A valid Medium Rigid (MR) truck license with a clean driving history.
Previous experience in a physical driving role (e.g.



freight or removalist-style work).
Protected manual handling skills and physical fitness.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Comfortable with using handheld devices (PDA or similar tech).
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
