We are looking for a full‑time Receptionist to add to our Bundaberg team. Your key responsibility will be the first point of contact for our clients along with administrative and support functions that include:
Answering incoming and transferring phone calls
Inward and outward correspondence
Assisting with client cashflows and invoices
Performing client database tasks
Preparing, scanning, and submitting paperwork
Preparing and printing forms and advice documents for client action
Assistance with meeting the client's financial needs




Maintaining office to agreed presentation standards.
As well as other duties to meet operational demand.

Candidate

This position would suit a skilled and friendly candidate who is
Has excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Has excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
Previous experience in customer service in a skilled office.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, and excellent computer skills.

This position is integral to the day‑to‑day support of our office and we are looking for someone who cares about the quality of work, our values, and core beliefs.
