Nutrend Homes Sunshine Coast is seeking Sales and Production Estimators to join our growing team. This is an excellent chance to work with a well-established, family-owned builder in a supportive and professional environment.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are positive, flexible, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong passion for accuracy in residential construction estimating. Robust communication skills are essential, as the role involves daily interaction with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members.

Location: Sunshine Coast Head Office

The Role

As part of our estimating team, you will work alongside experienced Senior Estimators and assist with a range of estimating tasks across both sales and construction.

Responsibilities
Sales and construction estimating
Preparing detailed specification and costing documents
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
Assisting with cost control and project budgeting




Supporting Senior Estimators with day-to-day estimating tasks
Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Key Requirements
Previous experience in a residential estimating role
Experience using Constructor estimating software
Strong understanding of the recent home construction process from start to finish
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
Local industry experience on the Sunshine Coast
