Delivery Driver / Site Support – Construction
You'll mainly be responsible for collecting and delivering materials, tools, equipment and urgent parts between our factory, suppliers and active construction sites. The majority of our sites are located within Greater Sydney, however occasionally you'll be required to travel further out to parts of regional NSW.
About the role
Your duties will include:
Picking up materials from our factory or suppliers
Delivering materials, tools and equipment to construction sites
Collecting urgent parts from suppliers, Bunnings, tool shops or similar
Assisting site teams when materials or equipment are required at short notice
Helping respond quickly when machinery breaks down or site crews need urgent parts
Keeping the supplied vehicle clean and used appropriately during work hours
Construction sites often require materials or replacement parts with limited notice, so flexibility and reliability are important.
A company ute will be provided for work use, and fuel & tolls will be paid by the company. The vehicle is for work-hours use only.
This is a part-time role to begin with.
At this stage, the work will generally be around
2–3 days per week
, although some weeks may be quieter and some may increase up to 5 days depending on workload.



We will try give you as much notice as possible for the days you'll be required to work however these may change from week to week- your schedule will not be fixed to begin with.
The ideal person will have flexibility during the week and be able to make themselves available when required.
Pay will be on an hourly basis to begin with.
Growth opportunity
For the right person, this role can grow into a full-time position later this year as the business gets busier.
There may also be an prospect to move into a site support / supervisory role over time, helping coordinate workers on site and provide direction to crews. Wages would increase as responsibilities increase.
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual and flexible
Comfortable driving around Sydney
Experienced or familiar with construction sites
Practical and able to think on their feet
Able to communicate clearly with site teams
Well organised and able to manage urgent requests
Holder of a valid driver's licence
Comfortable using a ute for deliveries and pickups
Construction experience is preferred but not essential if you are reliable, switched on and willing to learn. Full license and good driving history is mandatory.
