About the role
With the continued growth of our spa business, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Sydney-based Business Development Manager (or Business Performance Manager) to join the endota family. In this pivotal role, you will support our established portfolio of company-owned spas while driving growth across several exciting recent locations set to launch in the near future. Reporting directly to the Spa Operations Manager, you will play a key role within our Spa Operations team, helping shape the future success of our expanding spa network.
Your responsibilities
Manage and support our company owned Spa Managers and their teams. Helping them to optimise spa profitability, meet overall endota brand objectives, and adhere to endota compliance standards.
Oversee the opening of new spas across the region, managing recruitment, onboarding, operational setup and performance to deliver successful launches.
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability,



customer service and operational excellence.
Support workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
Provide regular insights and feedback on the Sydney region's needs and performance to endota head office.
Travel within your designated territory andtoMelbourne several times a year is a requirement of the role.
Your Skills and experience
Previous experience in the beauty, spa/salon or retail industry.
Proven experience managing multiple sites, branches or locations.
Strong people leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop teams.
Proven ability to drive commercial performance through effective budget management, financial oversight and business growth strategies.
A strategic thinker who can balance long-term growth objectives with day-to-day operational demands.
Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
