The Role
You will lead the planning, execution and delivery of our major civil construction projects from start to finish.
Your role will include:
Project Leadership:
Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Team Collaboration:
Lead, mentor,



and inspire a team of skilled professionals to achieve project goals.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
Financial Oversight:
Develop budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
Innovation and Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management within earthworks, roadworks, or civil infrastructure
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and safety regulations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
