We're looking for a
Marketing Coordinator
to join our growing marketing team at
Pinnacle Travel Group
.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in executing our marketing strategies, managing copywriting across multiple communications and working closely with a variety of companies within the tourism industry.
In this dynamic role, you'll not only assist but also take the lead on a variety of marketing projects. These include coordinating creative collaborations and overseeing the production of marketing materials, and branded merchandise. This role is based within our office in Malaga, with occasional travel to Hillarys Boat Harbour and Rottnest Island. Key responsibilities:
Digital marketing execution: Work with the Marketing Manager to support planning of, delivery, set up and reporting on digital media strategies as a part of marketing campaigns.
Data analysis: Report and analyse website, social media and email campaign data to optimise performance.
Copywriting: Write compelling copy for blogs, social media, newsletters, brochures, media releases and other communications.
Customer feedback: Compile and report on customer feedback and create monthly performance reports.
Community programs: Manage sponsorships and local community partnerships.
Project management:



Support the oversight and coordination of marketing projects, including PR campaigns, events, branded merchandise, creative collaborations, and partnerships with local businesses and tourism operators.
Flexible tasks: Be ready for ad hoc marketing activities that come with working in a growing tourism group.
C- Content Development: Create and edit marketing content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and print materials
About you:
We're looking for someone who loves the variety that comes with a role in tourism and marketing. You'll be the kind of person who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment, enjoys problem-solving and is always searching for learning opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing social media platforms and creating content.
Experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager and email marketing tools.
Working knowledge of Squarespace (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail.
Analytical mindset with experience reporting on digital marketing metrics.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently as part of a close-knit team.
Personal Qualities:
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to get involved in varied tasks, no two days are the same!
A passion for travel and tourism is highly desirable.
