We're looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our close-knit team. Whether you're seeking a full-time or part-time position, we're flexible and happy to tailor the role to the right person.
This is an opportunity to enjoy the rewarding side of property management without being stretched across every aspect of the role. You'll be supported by a dedicated full-time Leasing Consultant who handles all open homes, Saturday work, leasing enquiries and ingoing inspections, allowing you to focus on building relationships and managing your portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Managing day-to-day communication and providing exceptional customer service.
Coordinating repairs and maintenance with owners, tenants and trades.
Conducting outgoing inspections and managing the vacating process.
Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews.
Managing rental arrears and tenancy matters.
Preparing notices and documentation in accordance with NSW legislation.




Managing insurance claims where required.
Preparing for and attending NCAT hearings.
Working collaboratively with our Leasing Consultant and administration team to ensure a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in residential property management (ideally 2+ years).
Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration with relevant experience).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
High attention to detail.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
