About Your Recent Role
As a member of our casual disability services team in Murwillumbah and Tweed Heads, you will be at the forefront of ensuring quality care and independence is embedded in the supports provided and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in facilitating innovative strategies to help customers overcome daily challenges and reach their full potential.
About You
Excels in complex support environments, including SIL Supports, Clinical Settings, and Community Access




Experience in manual handling and providing personal care including bathing, toileting and dressing
Has experience implementing Care plans and Positive Behavioural Support plans while supporting complex needs
Experience with health support, mealtime assistance, medication assistance including epilepsy management and diabetes management
Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and respond to emergent situations
Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts and respond to the needs of customers

Requirements
A current Driver's Licence (P2 or Open)
Paid Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening
