We are seeking a commercially astute Management Accountant to join the team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This is a key role partnering across the business to deliver high-quality financial insights, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, with analysis and commentary
Analyse sales revenue and margins across multiple business units
Support budgeting, forecasting, and development of 3-way financial models
Oversee month-end processes including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
Contribute to system and reporting improvements, including automation initiatives
Provide support across cross-functional projects
Provide insights and guidance for the SLT and key non finance stakeholders
About You
Degree in Accounting and CA/CPA qualified or approaching qualification
Experience in a Management Accountant, Analyst or Business Partner role
Product or sales based industry experience highly regarded
Strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical and financial modelling skills
Advanced Excel capabilities; experience with Power BI highly regarded
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
