Salary: $120,000 – $125,000 + Company Vehicle + Super+ Company Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Service Manager to lead sales operations, manage customer relationships, and support operational planning within a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Key Accountabilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts
Manage customer enquiries, issues, returns, and credits in a timely and professional manner
Oversee and monitor invoicing processes and customer account management
Work closely with the Branch Manager on workplace planning and operational coordination




Prepare and present monthly reports covering sales performance, customer interactions, and key issues
Partner with the State Manager to develop and execute sales growth strategies
Monitor competitor pricing and market movements
Build and maintain industry contacts to stay informed of market trends
Manage incidents and ensure appropriate resolution and reporting

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, with proven leadership capability
Demonstrated technical sales experience within the auto glass industry (highly regarded)
Experience in warehousing and logistics or the automotive industry (desirable)
Strong ability to engage, influence, and build long-term customer relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
