Entry Level Food Processing & Production Team Members

This is a morning shift role, starting from 6:00 am.

You’ll begin as a casual employee, with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment after approximately six months, subject to performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manual handling, including palletising, stacking, and lifting products
Packaging finished products
Working with raw meat, specifically pork
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Repetitive lifting of products (5 kg–20 kg)
Following all company and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:
The ability to understand, interpret, and follow instructions
A strong work ethic with a positive attitude
Valuable numeracy and literacy skills
The ability to work efficiently to meet individual and team production targets
A high level of physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive lifting (5 kg–20 kg)
The ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to attendance
A commitment to following company policies and WHS procedures
The ability to work in a cold environment
