ABOUT THE ROLL
We have an exciting opportunity in our Service Department as a Service and Warranty Administration/Advisor to support our growing team! This role will see you handling service and warranty customers and processing relevant claims in our busy Service and Warranty Centre. We are passionate about having a skilled, yet fun, company culture. We value team members who lead the way and enjoy making our client’s experience the best it can be. Book in and organise customers in our service calendar
Meet and greet customers and accurately see to their service and repair needs
Constant communication with our workshop team
Raise repair orders, produce invoices and process payments
Lodge relevant warranty claims to our manufacturer
ABOUT YOU
Outstanding communication and outstanding customer service skills
Knowledge of Eclipse systems, preferred but training will be provided
Previous experience in a similar roll, preferred
Knowledge of caravans and motorhomes or a shared love the caravan, camping and 4x4 lifestyle
A positive attitude and a self-driven outlook with motivation to develop within the role
A team player who can also work autonomously within the role, taking ownership of day-to-day tasks whilst reporting their manager
Excellent time management, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
A growth mindset and an eagerness to learn
