Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of accounts payable and banking operations support across multi-entity accounting with exposure to month-end accounting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Independently managing the company's Accounts Payable, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing of transactions
Banking operations, bank reconciliations, transaction postings and payments processing
Processing corporate credit card claims and ensuring expenditure aligns with internal policies
Preparing & lodging BAS & payroll tax returns, maintaining FBT records, and populate the annual FBT workbook
Supporting financial audits with accurate documentation
Assisting with month-end procedures,



including payroll journals and balance sheet reconciliations
Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes
Ad-hoc accounting and administration duties as required

Qualifications
1- 2 years’ experience within an AP or broader accounts role
A degree or qualification in Accounting or Finance
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
Proficiency with accounting software - NetSuite & Lightyear experience is highly regarded
Able to work independently & meet compliance deadlines
Solid collaborative mindset, with solid relationship-building and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail

The salary guide for the position is $76,232 + Super + endless staff perks including platinum gym membership, breakfast & lunches daily, free barista coffees, 5 additional "Be Me" days per annum and more….

This an office based role Mondays to Fridays with standard hours being 8.30am to 5.00pm.
